Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms stated below.
Content Definition-
I reserve the right to deny any commission request without providing a reason.
I may issue a refund at my discretion.
SFW, artistic nudity, and 'suggestive' images are preferred.
NSFW content comes with an additional fee.
(NSFW is defined as explicit sexual content or stimulation of sexual organs.)
Character complexity comes with an additional fee.
(Complexity includes additional body parts, e.g. an extra set of arms.)
Additional character(s) come with an additional fee.
Commissions will be posted publicly unless requested to remain private.Timeframe-
I will be working a typical Monday to Friday, with weekends off. You may disscuss your commissions with me at any time, but progress will only be made during weekdays.
Timeframes will differ depending on the image type;
however, please expect between two to four weeks for completion.
If there is any delay, you will be informed as soon as possible.Ownership and Usage Rights-
The work is yours upon completion; however, you must not remove my signature or watermark.
You must provide proper credit when sharing, and you may not resell or use the commissioned work for profit without my permission.WIPs-
You will receive a WIP during each stage and be given the opportunity to make adjustments if needed.
Please note that any structural changes to the image after the lineart has been approved will be subject to a fee.Amendments / Revisions-
You may request up to 3 revisions during the initial sketch phase, free of charge.
Any additional revisions or revisions after the sketch has been approved will incur a fee.Cancelation-
You may cancel at any time for any reason.
A refund will be provided for any work not yet completed, based on the current stage of the commission.
You must contact me directly to request a refund.Rush Fee-
I do not accept commissions with tight deadlines.
All work will be delivered within the previously specified timeframe.Payment-
Payment is made via PayPal invoice. I will send the invoice to your provided email, so please have your PayPal details ready.
The commission will not begin until full payment has been received.
I accept 50/50 split payments for commissions over £100.Other Notes-
I will only accept commissions that have been discussed directly with me; I will not initiate work via a third party without direct interaction.
You can request your commission be streamed, private or public, so that we may work on it in real time.
